Born in Kishinev, Moldova. Immigrated to Toronto, Canada. Escaping war.
Today, through unrelenting work ethic, he works with pop music royalty.
Mikhail began his music career in 2006, travelling North America to compete in hip hop beat battles.
By 2008, Mikhail was producing beats for Lil’ Wayne, Drake, The Game, Wiz Khalifa, Tyga, Neyo, Kid Ink, Freddie Gibbs, Gucci Mane, and Black Thought.
He worked with international reggae artist Vybez Kartel, Soca superstar Machel Montano, all while co-producing with Boi-1Da and Arthur McArthur, two of the top hip-hop producers and creators in Canada.
In 2014, Mikhail received his first US gold certification for his production on My Own Lane by rapper Kid Ink.
In 2017, Mikhail became a mentor and instructor at The Remix Project, teaching production skills to underserved and marginalized creators and artists in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
